When an “individual” is observing something it is the nature of the programming of the body-mind organism, which the individual thinks he is, to judge it. So the observing by an observer is always accompanied by judgement. And the judgement means happiness or unhappiness.

Most people suspend judgement till somebody else has expressed his own and then they repeat it.
In order to judge properly one must get away somewhat from what one is judging, after have loved it.
It is one thing to lack heart and another thing to possess eyes and a just imagination.
To see things as they are, the eyes must be open; to see things other than as they are, they must open even wider; to see things as better than they are, they must be open to the full.
Take time each day to Commune with nature and to silently witness the intelligence within every living thing.. Sit silently and watch the sunset or listen to the sound of the ocean or a stream, or simply smell the scent of a flower. Practice non-judgement.. begin the day with the statement, “Today I shall judge nothing occurs and throughout the day I will remind myself not to judge.”
Resemblances are the shadows of differences. Different people see different similarities and the same differences.
